Are the Aussies Coming Back to the Field? United, Chelsea and Arsenal Stay on Top but Where is Liverpool?

AUSSIES WIN BUT UNCONVINCINGLY?

This morning the Aussies tore apart the England defense in the first half leading 26-0 at the break. However the Poms made a little comeback and did not let the Aussies score in the second half! The game ending up 26-16. On the other hand the Kiwis didn't let up on France winning 62-12! The question on my mind is 'are the Aussies coming back to the field after so many years of dominating?' I certainly think so! Do the Kangaroos need a clean out of all their old stars and replace them with some up and coming stars? The answer is simple, Yes! The selectors need to stop relying on the same guys, they are getting old and predictable. New Zealand are keeping up with the Aussies due to the fact that they are a young fresh team, full of confidence and ability. Let's hope the Kangaroos come home with the silverware, but there is a lot of work still ahead of them.

LIVERPOOL CONTINUE TO STRUGGLE, CHELSEA/UNITED/ARSENAL STAY ON TOP

Big wins by three out of the big four have left Liverpool stumbling down the ladder. Chelsea smashed Bolton away from home 4-0, Arsenal put Tottenham to the sword 3-0 and Manchester United got back on the winners bandwagon beating Blackburn 2-0. However Liverpool dealing with a few injuries at the moment to key players lost to Fulham away from home 3-1. This leaves Liverpool 9 points off the table leaders Chelsea. A tough ask when the competition this year is so tight. Any early predictions for the title this year? Chelsea look the goods, however United and Arsenal are hot on their heels. I'm an Aston Villa supporter and the team this year is doing well especially after losing Gareth Barry to Manchester City. A 2-2 draw at Everton keeps Villa in the mix with the big guns.
